By creating an account on Brainkito, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create a parent account.

2. Description of Service

Brainkito is an educational platform that teaches children about artificial intelligence through interactive lessons, creative projects, and AI-powered tools. The platform is designed for children aged 6–16, with all accounts created and managed by parents or legal guardians.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including child profiles
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You agree to supervise your children's use of the platform as appropriate

4. Parental Consent

By creating a child profile, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and consent to their use of Brainkito. You can manage, restrict, or delete your child's profile and data at any time through the parent dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You and your children agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass safety filters or content moderation
• Share account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Upload or generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to access other users' data

6. AI-Generated Content

Brainkito uses AI services to help children create projects. While we implement safety filters and content moderation, AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect or unexpected. Parents are encouraged to review their children's projects. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of all AI outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

Projects created by children using Brainkito belong to the child and their family. We retain no ownership of user-created content. The Brainkito platform, lessons, and educational content are owned by Brainkito and protected by copyright.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Brainkito available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss of data due to service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Brainkito is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
